Users are required to register an account and undergo identity verification (KYC) in accordance with EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives and MiCA. This includes:
Submission of valid identification documents.
Proof of address.
Liveness/biometric verification when applicable.
We reserve the right to request additional documents or reverify your identity at any time.
CryptoRoutex offers the following services:
Cryptocurrency trading (spot and fiat-crypto pairs)
Wallet custody
Euro-based P2P marketplace
Staking and yield services (where permitted under MiCA)
We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Users trade at their own risk.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information.
Not engage in any prohibited conduct such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or market manipulation.
Maintain the security of their account credentials.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Fees are transparently published on the CryptoRoutex website. You agree to pay applicable trading, withdrawal, and other service fees. Fees may change with prior notice and in accordance with European transparency regulations.
CryptoRoutex complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect, process, and store personal data securely and only for lawful, specified purposes. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and to restrict or object to certain types of processing.

CryptoRoutex stores the majority of client funds in secure, offline cold wallets. While we employ industry-standard protections, users acknowledge that:
The use of digital assets involves inherent risks.
CryptoRoutex is not liable for losses due to hacking, theft, or force majeure beyond our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform:
For violations of these Terms or legal obligations.
At the request of regulatory authorities.
For inactivity or suspected fraudulent behavior.
Upon termination, your remaining funds (if not frozen or held for investigation) will be returned in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoRoutex shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of funds due to market volatility.
Downtime or service interruptions.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 6 months.
CryptoRoutex does not provide services to users in jurisdictions where digital asset trading is restricted or prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
FATF high-risk countries
Sanctioned jurisdictions
Non-cooperative tax jurisdictions in the EU
We actively monitor and geo-block access where necessary.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
CryptoRoutex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with a minimum 7-day notice unless required sooner by law or regulation.
